TOMATO CREAM

Tomato soup is a broth made with chopped tomatoes. It can be served hot or cold.

French gratin onion soup. Onion soup is a soup whose main ingredient is caramelized onion.

LOBSTER CREAM

Lobster bisque is an elegant cream made from the juices and fragrances of lobster.

MEAT JUICE WITH SHERRY

Consomé (from the French consomme, and in turn from the verb consommer: consume in Spanish; means consumed, reduced.) Is a broth concentrate made with meats that is usually clarified at the end… A true delight.

SALMON WITH BERRE BLANC CREAM

Although perhaps the story that is told about a cook from Nantes who was preparing to cook béarnaise (sauce made with egg yolks over a vinegar reduction) but on that occasion she forgot to put the eggs, giving rise to this new accompaniment that was very successful in the meal. FILET MIGNON IN PORT SAUCE

Filet mignon or fille mignon (in French, literally, ‘beautiful filet’, although in the culinary sense of ‘tender filet’) is a term used to refer to different cuts of meat.

RATATOUILLE

The dish has its origin in the Provençal cuisine of Nitza; these origins are reflected in the name: <<Rat>> means <<food>> and <<touille>>, <<remover>>. So <<ratatouille>> means «scrambled food» that is simmered for hours.

POTATO CROQUETTES

The croquette did not reach the peninsula until the end of the 19th century. This aperitif arose in France, where an aristocrat named Louis de Bechamel, who was in charge of the kitchen of King Louis XIV. The “father” of the croquettes worked as a tax collector and was superintendent of the house of the Duke of Orleans.

Photographer

I am a Mexican photographer, after my master’s studies in sociology, I decided to continue my talent and dedication to artistic photography. Thus began my career as a wedding photographer. In the last ten years I have specialized in weddings and social photography. Immortalize with my camera unique and unrepeatable moments. My style clings to the way I connect, I feel an interaction with the couple; achieve the ideal environment for people to feel comfortable in front of my camera. My ability to capture the most moving gesture, at the right moment in the right place, playing with the nature of the light and the environment make your images truly works of art. My job is to have a personalized project for each couple, interact with them, families and friends who play the main role in every scene.
