Did you know that Mexican gastronomy is a world heritage?

To know Mexico, but to really know it, is to be able to travel its history through three main influences: The pre-Hispanic in each of the slopes of its tribes and regions The Spanish and the French. In some way, the essence of current Mexico resides in the spirituality of indigenous mysticism, the Spanish voluptuousness of the sensations and the French infatuation with knowledge and elegance.

3 Culturas offers you an experience to know and enjoy more of Mexican cuisine from its roots discovering the dishes most exquisite of its gastronomy, the Spanish cuisine from its paella, its gazpacho and Spanish cake as well as its fish and seafood.

And we will fall in love with French cuisine, which is one of the most important cuisines in the world that is influenced by both Europe as America
