Baby Tamal

Chicken or Beef in Green Sauce, In Mexico we call a baby tamal because the baby looks like traditional steamed corn dish wrapped in its corn husk, and like babies, they are loved by everyone.

Mexican Street Corn recipe is a common Mexican street food that is made by grilling corn on the cob and then coating it with a sauce made up of mayonnaise, sour cream, cotija cheese, chile powder, and lime.

Baked chamorro

Knuckle or Pernil, in Mexico the pork is the perfect pair of corn tortillas, its meat is tender and perfect amalgamation with any marinade. The marinated chamorro is an exquisite recipe, it is a piece of about a kilo (with everything and bone) bathed in a relentlessly dark sauce and with a lot of flavors.

Shrimp stuffed peppers

They are recipes of peasant origin that are used in Tlaxcala and Puebla. The ancho chili stuffed with picadillo or panela cheese is prepared in a very similar way.

Tacos al pastor

The beginnings of tacos al pastor date back to the 1920s, when Lebanese migrants arrived in Mexico, and with them their traditional shawarma, a dish consisting of lamb meat, Arabic bread, vinegar and various spices.

Mariachi

Mariachi is a traditional music and a fundamental element of the culture of the Mexican people. The traditional mariachis musicians dress fundamental to the culture of the Mexican people. Dressed in regional clothing, inspired by the charro costume, who perform a wide repertoire of songs. The orchestras that interpret ¨moderna¨ mariachi music have trumpets, violins, vihuelas and guitarrones, and are usually composed of 3 or more musicians. The vast repertoire of the mariachis includes songs from the different regions of Mexico, jarabes, minues, polkas, walloons, chotis, waltzes, serenades, corridos (typically Mexican ballads that relate combats, feats and love stories) and songs traditional of rural life. The lyrics of the songs of the mariachis speak of love for the land, the city where the live, the native pías, religion, nature, Mexican women and the strength of the country.

I am a Mexican photographer, after my master’s studies in sociology, I decided to continue my talent and dedication to artistic photography. Thus began my career as a wedding photographer. In the last ten years I have specialized in weddings and social photography. Immortalize with my camera unique and unrepeatable moments. My style clings to the way I connect, I feel an interaction with the couple; achieve the ideal environment for people to feel comfortable in front of my camera. My ability to capture the most moving gesture, at the right moment in the right place, playing with the nature of the light and the environment make your images truly works of art. My job is to have a personalized project for each couple, interact with them, families and friends who play the main role in every scene.
